Since the time of the Portuguese invasion, cinnamon has been a spice that is special to Sri Lanka and it is one of our most special products as well. Cinnamomum Zeylanicum is a tree indigenous to Sri Lanka which produces the highest-grade pure cinnamon. Our cinnamon is both delicate and sweet with nuanced notes of clove giving it an excellent flavor.
